The main goal of Kung Fu Insitute Shizi Hou is to promote Chinese martial arts and to make it available for everyone who wants to learn and experience this ancient tradition. Through workshops and performances we are able to reach out to those who are interested in kung fu. Whether it is on small markets or for festivals we give it our all and we make sure the audience will be satisfactory after a workshop or performance.

Performances are spectacular and perfect for celebrations, a product launch, themed parties, etc. A kung fu show consists of acrobatic demonstrations of both armed and unarmed techniques, but also more calm exercises such as tai chi and chi kung.

Through workshops we let participants get a taste of a kung fu training. The content can be costumized to suit your need. In the last years we did workshops for children, bachelor parties, business men and many more. These workshops consisted of learning forms (sequences of martial art movements that can be done by 1 person), sparring techniques, breathing excercises, boot camps and so on.
